Robert has served on the Ministry Staff since July of 2013, first as Children’s Pastor, and more recently as the Minister of Education. He has worked with preschoolers and children in many different settings for the past twenty years, 10 as a children’s minister. He has completed degrees at SWBTS (M.Div.; Ph.D) in theology and God has led him to focusing his skills and gifts in equipping others to be used by God. Robert has a passion teaching, working with children and equipping other toward faith in Christ and a continued relationship with God. Robert has been married to his wife and best friend, Catherine, for over twenty years, and God has given them a daughter, Dani, and a son, Kyle. Cathy is a skilled music educator and public school teacher of over twenty years. Their family time consists of lots of reading, movies, trips to the zoo, and all around goofiness. They strive to make their family everything Christ desires and seek to witness to others through their family. Robert’s guiding verse is: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
